In order to improve the behavioral quality and professional ethics of all colleagues of AmTRAN, we have formulated the "Code of Integrity Business" and "Code of Ethical Conduct". The "Code of Integrity Business" aims to stipulate various precautions to prevent from any dishonest behavior in the operating procedures, with a disciplinary and complaint mechanism for violations, in order to encourage the board of directors and management to follow such Code; the "Ethical Code of Conduct" aims to ensure that employees understand and uphold the principle of integrity when performing business.
